Mike Tyson and his wife Lakiha Spicer threw a surprise “wedding” bash at the M Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas this past Saturday.

The couple surprised 150 guests, who thought they were attending a joint birthday party for Tyson and Spicer, with an elaborate vows renewal that featured a live band, a wedding cake, and an extravagant candy station.

Mike Tyson and his wife Lakiha Spicer welcomed a baby boy yesterday.

Morocco Elijah Tyson was born in Henderson, Nevada, and weighed in at 8 pounds and 13 ounces.
