On the heels of Lady Gaga’s ex-boyfriend and producer, Rob Fusari, filing a $30.5 million lawsuit that alleges he came up with her stage name and co-wrote some songs, including “Paparazzi,” only to be dumped when she became famous – the performer has fired back in court.

According to papers filed in a New York court yesterday, Lady Gaga claims Fusari tricked her into signing an illegal contract, which wasn’t valid because he wasn’t a licensed agent.

Here’s a troubling Lady Gaga story we’re happy to report comes up empty. A post on E! Online claims “the Hollywood pressure is really starting to take its toll” on Gaga, and that people are supposedly “on her… to lose weight.” What’s more, she’s allegedly starving herself. Fortunately, the rumors are wrong.
