David Boreanaz has just settled a sexual harassment lawsuit that was filed last summer by an extra on his show “Bones.”

Kristina Hagan, who worked on “Bones,” filed suit against the actor in July, alleging he sent her “sexually inappropriate text messages” while promising to find her a part on the series.

Hagan also claimed in court papers that Boreanaz “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away.”

Actress Kristina Hagan filed a sexual harassment suit against David Boreanaz today.

Hagan was an extra on the FOX series “Bones.”

According to the lawsuit, Hagan alleges she received “sexually inappropriate text messages” in August of 2009 and, the following month, Hagan took a drive with Boreanaz, where he “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away.” But those weren’t her only allegations.
