Kelly Osbourne is “flirting with disaster,” reports Star magazine.

The tabloid claims the “Fashion Police” co-host is engaging in “dangerous behavior” given her past struggles with substance abuse.

“Kelly is definitely off the wagon again – at least when it comes to drinking,” declares a so-called “insider” for Star.

Funny, because that’s the exact same quote from a RadarOnline story last month alleging that Osbourne was “wasted” and stumbling around a gala – which the site’s supposed “eyewitness” initially claimed was a Golden Globes after-party.

It wasn’t, and Osbourne herself blasted the report.

This new version of the story about the TV personality being “off the wagon” is equally sensationalized.

She’s working regularly, highly visible, and not the mess the tabs make her out to be.

“It’s not true,” a rep for Osbourne tells Gossip Cop.

Proposition 8, California’s measure to ban same-sex marriage, was ruled unconstitutional by a federal appeals court on Tuesday.

Within moments of the historic decision, Hollywood took to Twitter to celebrate the verdict.

Kelly Osbourne is lashing out on Twitter at a RadarOnline report that claims the TV personality has “fallen off the wagon.”

According to the site’s sources, Osbourne was seen heavily drinking at last week’s Art of Elysium gala.

“Kelly was so wasted,” says one so-called “eyewitness,” who adds, “At one point she almost fell back and I had to catch her!”

It’s worth noting that Radar’s original story claimed Osbourne’s alleged antics took place at a Golden Globes after-party – which she wasn’t even at.

Still, another “insider” says Osbourne’s supposed boozing wasn’t a one-time thing.

“Kelly is definitely off the wagon again — at least when it comes to drinking,” says the snitch. “I’ve seen her out drinking cocktails, beer and champagne numerous times, and I’ve seen her pretty unsteady on her feet too.”

The “Fashion Police” co-host has made no secret of her past problems with alcohol – but has also been open about her efforts at sobriety.

And, according to Osbourne, she is far from “off the wagon.”

“If I want to have a drink them [sic] Im going to have a drink Im 27 years old!” Osbourne tweeted Thursday night.

She added, “Was their story true? NO! is it anyones business NO? #GiveMeABreak!”

Osbourne went on to explain she’s worked too “hard to go and f–ck my life up agin [sic] you a–holes! and thats quite frankly all i have to say on this stupid subject!”

A string of at least 19 arson fires across Hollywood and West Hollywood overnight damaged the onetime home of late rock legend Jim Morrison and put residents and law enforcement on alert.

Parked cars across the two neighborhoods were torched by the arsonist(s), with the flames spreading to adjacent homes and creating havoc for firefighters.

There have been no reported injuries to civilians, but damage to vehicles and residences was severe.

The Los Angeles Police Department issued a citywide tactical alert on Friday morning.

Investigators are going through security footage and asking for eyewitness accounts.

Morrison’s former West Hollywood house on Rothdell Trail, the inspiration for his song “Love Street,” was damaged by a fire that began when a Mazda Miata was set ablaze shortly after 1:00 a.m.

Kelly Osbourne was among the locals distressed to wake up to sirens.

“What is wrong w/ ppl its so disgusting to destroy ppls livelihood!” she tweeted. “In times like this where the entire world is struggling financially it makes me sick that people destroy things that others worked so hard 4.”

It wasn’t a Merry Christmas for the Osbourne family.

In the midst of their holiday celebrations, one of the family’s longtime pets passed away.

“Today is a sad day in the Osbourne family house hold we lost R dog martin of 14 years,” Kelly Osbourne tweeted on Christmas Day.

She added, “Devastated does not quite sum it up! #NotSoMerryXmas.”

It’s been a rough month for Osbourne, who fractured her hand in three places just last week.

It was a rough Saturday night for Kelly Osbourne.

The “Fashion Police” co-host fractured her left hand in three places after falling out of her hotel bed.

“I must be the most accident prone/stupid person it [sic] the world,” she lamented on Twitter on Sunday.

Osbourne guessed she fell roughly 4 and a half feet.

“Its my left hand & im left handed so my mum has to brush my hair & cut my food 4 me,” she shared. “I feel like a baby again.”

And so what does mother Sharon think of her daughter’s predicament?

“Of course my mum is loving it!” she tweeted.

Osbourne added “the worst part” is looking like “I’m giving everyone the thumbs up because of the way its casted!”

Just last month, the former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant received stitches after cracking her head open while dancing at a club.

Miley Cyrus is NOT in the hospital, despite a completely false rumor making its rounds on Twitter.

The rumor seems to have been started by the Twitter user “MileyDoodles,” and was then picked up by user “OfficialCancer,” who tweeted to more than 26,000 followers, “Miley Cyrus fainted.. She’s now in hospital for tachycardia.. Please #prayformiley.”

The rumor quickly gained steam on the social networking site, creating some hysteria among Cyrus fans.

Kelly Osbourne eventually stepped in and squashed the tale, tweeting, “You Miley fans need to stop this your being ridiculous she has not had a heart attack! Please stop being so aggressive!”

Now, “MileyDoodles” admits she made up the rumor “cuz I wanted drama.”

Gossip Cop confirms Cyrus is completely fine.

We’re at a loss as to why anyone, especially someone who purports to be a fan of Cyrus, would fabricate a story regarding her health.

Miley Cyrus took to Twitter on Monday to thank Kelly Osbourne for clearing the air after a leaked video from her 19th birthday bash showed the singer jokingly calling herself a “stoner”, and saying she smokes “too much f***in’ weed.”

When blogs started to report that Cyrus openly admitted to being “pothead,” Osbourne rushed to defend her friend by tweeting, “let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE!… it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!”

While it’s not clear who leaked the video, some angry fans are apparently targeting Cyrus’ friends on Twitter.

Cyrus tried to put a stop to the hate today, tweeting, “Please stop bombarding my friends twitter pages with rude comments. NOTHING gives you the right to threaten people.”

She added, “I love u @MissKellyO :)”

Last year, Osbourne also stuck up for Cyrus when a tabloid ran a story that alleged she was a “bad influence” on the “Fashion Police” host.

A video has emerged from Miley Cyrus‘ 19th birthday bash at the Roosevelt Hotel in L.A. on November 23, and in it the singer-actress is presented with a cake that references legendary marijuana-smoking singer Bob Marley.

Cyrus takes a look at the cake and jokes in front of the crowd, which includes her parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus, “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”

Kelly Osbourne then adds, “I thought salvia was your problem.”

Not surprisingly, a bunch of blogs are jumping on the video to claim Cyrus openly admits to being a “stoner.”

But Osbourne quickly took to Twitter today to say it was all “a joke.”

Osbourne adds that Cyrus is “recording/filming/touring” every day, and asks, “how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner”?

As Gossip Cop reported on Sunday, Kelly Osbourne cracked her head open, and was taken to a Miami hospital this weekend.

Initially, Osbourne, who was in Miami to find a model for Madonna‘s Material Girl clothing line, tweeted, “Long story short I cracked my head open then kept passing out.”

But now the full story has emerged.

Her mom Sharon Osbourne, who flew cross-country to aid and stay with Kelly for two nights at Mercy Hospital in Miami, explained on Monday’s “The Talk” exactly what had happened.

Sharon said Kelly went to a club to see a DJ, and at one point a guy she was dancing with asked, “Teach me how to ballroom dance, and so she did, and the guy takes down her to dip, and as her dips her down, she hits her head on an amplifier… it split her head open.”

Ouch!

Kelly thought she was fine when she returned to her hotel, but Sharon said “she fainted twice.”

The young Osbourne was then taken to the hospital, where she received stitches and currently still has “a severe concussion.”

Sharon noted Kelly’s now back in L.A., and “on the mend.”

Giuliana Rancic “will win” her fight against breast cancer, said her husband Bill Rancic today.

The E! correspondent’s husband was among the dozens of celebrities who tweeted their support after she revealed on Monday that she has breast cancer.

He wrote, “Thank you for all your love and support today. G is reading all your messages. She will win this fight, I PROMISE, and be back better than ever.”

Kelly Osbourne, Lea Michele, Denise Richards and LeAnn Rimes were among the stars who also expressed their support for the E! News host on Twitter.

Rancic shared her health issues on the “Today” show, announcing that she’ll undergo surgery this week, followed by six weeks of radiation treatment.

Following a series of tweets from Piers Morgan about how his beloved football (soccer) team, Arsenal, lost again today, Kelly Osbourne took to Twitter to tell her mom’s “America’s Got Talent” colleague, “can you just [shut] up with all your football talk! What are you trying to prove to the world u dont have a vag under your suit pants?”

Morgan quickly responded, “ssshhh, you annoying little Troll. Can’t you see I’m grieving here???” to which Osbourne shot back, “oh I’m soooooo sorry for your loss!! A** hole!!!!”

Amy Winehouse‘s parents, Mitch and Janis, appeared on Anderson Cooper‘s talk show debut today, along with the late singer’s boyfriend, Reg Traviss, and other family members.

In the video clip below, Mitch talks about a few strange occurrences after his daughter’s death involving butterflies and birds, which Amy adored.

It turns out a giant butterfly circled the crowd during her funeral, even landing on Kelly Osbourne‘s shoulder at one point. In the following weeks, there were other weird moments that made the family feel like Amy was still communicating with them.

Kelly Osbourne offered the future Queen of England some fashion advice on “The Tonight Show.”

When Jay Leno asked her after if it was a “faux pas” for Kate Middleton to repeatedly recycle her outfits at public events, Osbourne responded, “Only in this country they call it a faux pas. In England they’re like, ‘Look how thrifty she’s being, showing the British public that the royals are in a recession as well.’”

Osbourne added,  ”If I had that job I would only wear it once… If I am going to be the future bloody Queen of England I’m going to wear that dress once because I’m giving up the rest of my life, all of my privacy — at least I can get a new dress every day.”

And when Leno asked about tossing one’s underwear every day, Osbourne answered, “If I could, I would. That’s a really good idea, actually.”

Madonna is afraid her 14-year-old daughter Lourdes‘ friend Kelly Osbourne is a “bad influence,” reports Star.

Osbourne and Lourdes became pals when the reality star shot an ad campaign for Material Girl, the clothing line created by Madonna and her daughter.

According to a so-called member of the singer’s “inner circle,” “Madonna likes Kelly very much, but she worries about the 12-year age difference and thinks Kelly’s lifestyle is just too edgy for Lola [Lourdes' nickname] to emulate.”

Now, says Star, Lourdes “wants to join Kelly in London to hang out in her favorite haunts and meet her friends.”

But Madonna is opposed to it.

The mag notes, “She has worked hard to maintain control over her kid, and now she sees it slipping away.”

Still, Madonna will put her foot down, reports Star.

“Madonna truly admires Kelly but would never choose her as a role model for her teenager,” adds the tabloid’s source.

Of course, Star doesn’t offer one example of why Osbourne is a “bad influence” other than being older and “edgy.”

So, is Madonna really “concerned about their friendship,” as the magazine says?

Nope.

Madonna’s rep tells Gossip Cop the mag’s claims are “not true.”

Family, friends and music execs said goodbye to Amy Winehouse in North London today, where the singer was remembered in a private funeral before being cremated.

Approximately 150 people attended the service at Edgwarebury Cemetery, including close associates like Kelly Osbourne and Mark Ronson, as well as Winehouse’s boyfriend Reg Traviss.

The late singer’s father, Mitch, delivered a eulogy that was described poignant but humorous, with many funny remembrances of his daughter’s childhood.

“Goodnight my angel,” he said in front of the mourners. “Sleep tight. Mommy and Daddy love you ever so much.”

The service, conducted partially in Hebrew in honor of Winehouse’s Jewish heritage, concluded after an hour with the playing of Caroline King‘s “So Far Away.”

Afterward, the 27-year-old was cremated at the Golders Green crematorium as her grandmother had been.

Amy Winehouse has been laid to rest.

Producer Mark Ronson and her good friend Kelly Osbourne, wearing her hair piled up in a beehive like Winehouse’s, attended the burial at Edgwarebury Cemetery in north London.

The service at the cemetery was reportedly to be followed by a cremation and a family gathering at a synagogue.

Winehouse’s imprisoned ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was reportedly denied release to attend the service.

On Saturday, the singer died of unknown causes at 27.

Winehouse’s good friend Osbourne wrote, ”i cant even breath right my now im crying so hard i just lost 1 of my best friends. i love you forever Amy & will never forget the real you!”

Mark Ronson, who produced several tracks on Winehouse’s “Back to Black” album, tweeted: “she was my musical soulmate & like a sister to me. this is one of the saddest days of my life.”

“Dear God have mercy!!!” wrote Rihanna, who added, “I am genuinely heartbroken about this.”

Kardashian said, “I just heard the news that Amy Winehouse passed away. What a true talent. I pray she’s in a better place & at peace.”

Demi Moore tweeted, “Truly sad news about Amy Winehouse. My heart goes out to her family. May her troubled soul find peace.”

Fellow Brit singer Lily Allen wrote,  ”Its just beyond sad, there’s nothing else to say. She was such a lost soul, may she rest in peace.”

Demi Lovato expressed, “So sad. Unfortunately the world lost an incredibly talented woman to such a powerful disease… addiction.”

And Usher tweeted, “I’m so sad to hear the horrible news of Amy Winehouse’s death. I’m so happy I knew you Amy. Rest well. Gone too soon. We’ll miss you!”

In a recent interview with the Fix, Courtney Love candidly talks about her past drug use and calls out fellow former addict Kelly Osbourne for labeling Love a “crackhead” on E!‘s “Fashion Police.”

Love says that even though she’s now sober, she “still can’t escape the stigma [of being an addict] for some reason. Even people like Kelly Osbourne feel free to f**k with me.”

“This is a girl whose life I have saved twice,” Love continued, “Once with C.P.R. and another time with C.P.R. and violence – by which I mean I had to poke her furiously in certain places to wake her up from her coma.”

Whoa!

Now it looks like Osbourne is disputing Love’s claims (although she doesn’t mention her by name).

This afternoon, Osbourne tweeted, “I’ll make you a deal, you stop telling lies about me, and I’ll stop telling the truth about you (you know who you are).”

So the war of words between Love and Osbourne seems to be heating up.

Six months after Kelly Osbourne called off her engagement to Luke Worrall – amid allegations that the model cheated on her – the reality star is still spittin’ mad.

And she took to Twitter to blast Worrall in a barrage of messages.

The So Undercover star tweeted, “@Luke_worrall is the biggest piece of s**t he has been trying to get back w/ me I only came home for Xmas to see him mean while he has been f**king 100′s of girls as we as men behind my back all he did was use me all girls beware of @Luke_worral he is a using C**t!”

Osbourne went on to say, “[Worrall] used me for my money and a free ride he is lucky I am not spilling the hole truth about what he did!”

A day after Kelly Osbourne verbally supported her So Undercover costar and new pal Miley Cyrus, the reality star is now visually showing her support.

Last night, Osbourne tweeted a photo of herself with Cyrus, donning a light brown wig to match the “Hanna Montana” star’s hair. Underneath the photo of the two similar looking friends flashing the peace sign, it read, “I’m just being Miley!!!!”

Just two days ago, Osbourne blasted a National Enquirer story titled, “Miley A Bad Influence On Kelly O,” which claimed “Cyrus’ hard-partying lifestyle is rubbing off on her new BFF Kelly Osbourne – and friends fear the Disney dynamo will push the reality star into a terrible drug relapse.”

Osbourne angrily tweeted, “Actually it’s the other way around Miley has us all on a health kick. Gym/early nights.”

She added, “Miley is one of the most hard working respectful women I have ever worked with I am learning a lot from her… she mad (sic) one mistake and trust me she has learned her lesson!”

“Miley A Bad Influence On Kelly O,” reads the headline of a piece in the National Enquirer about Kelly Osbourne and Miley Cyrus, who are working together on the film, So Undercover.

According to the supermarket tab, “Cyrus’ hard-partying lifestyle is rubbing off on her new BFF Kelly Osbourne – and friends fear the Disney dynamo will push the reality star into a terrible drug relapse.”

The Enquirer also quotes a source saying, “Kelly’s family and friends are worried sick that Miley is a bad influence,” and that she’ll do something to trigger the former rehab alum into a relapse.

Of course, the tabloid brings up the incident in which Cyrus smoked (the legal herb) salvia from a bong, and how the two ladies went to the New Orleans club Republic.

But is Cyrus truly a “bad influence”?

Gossip Cop reached out to several sources who swear up and down that Cyrus has been on “the straight and narrow,” and has been “nothing short of extremely professional and a good example [as an actress] for Kelly.”

And now Osbourne herself has taken to Twitter to defend her So Undercover costar.

The slimmed down star tweeted, “Actually it’s the other way around Miley has us all on a health kick. Gym/early nights.”

“Osbourne Family Has To Have TWO Separate Christmas Celebrations Due To Feud Between Kelly And Aimee!” exclaims a headline from yet another totally inaccurate Perez Hilton story.

According to the bad blogger, “Kelly Osbourne and her older sister, Aimee, have reportedly had such a huge argument that they are forcing their family to hold separate Christmas celebrations – because they refuse to be with each other!”

He then quotes an unnamed (and equally uninformed) source as saying, “Aimee and Kelly haven’t spoken for months after an almighty row… It’s become a nightmare situation for the whole family. Sharon‘s distraught about what’s happened. Neither girl will back down. Kelly’s been telling her friends that the family will have to get used to the fact that they just don’t get on. Hate is a strong word. But they really don’t like each other.”

Perez then editorializes, “So unfortunate!”

Here’s what is “unfortunate” – Perez’s awful reporting.

The sisters are 100 percent fine – and love each other.

In fact, Osbourne herself took to Twitter to blast Perez. She wrote, “@PerezHilton why are you posting bulls**t stories about my sister and I we are both spending Xmas together in the uk! I love my sister“.

Perhaps Perez has already started hitting the eggnog – so unfortunate!

Miley Cyrus is reportedly at work on her next movie, undeterred by strong reaction to the video that shows her smoking a bong.

While filming on So Undercover has not begun, Cyrus and co-star Kelly Osbourne ran through their lines and rehearsed as scheduled on Friday, according to TMZ.

The outlet cites sources close to the production as saying Cyrus was aware of the bong video’s online release but “kept her focus on the movie.”

In the film, Cyrus plays a street-smart private investigator hired by the FBI to go undercover in a sorority.

Another new Cyrus movie, LOL: Laughing Out Loud, featuring Demi Moore and Ashley Greene, is now in post-production.
