Lindsay Lohan is considering a plea deal in her felony grand theft case, even though it would mean serving jail time for a crime she maintains she didn’t commit.

Sources tell Gossip Cop that Judge Keith Schwartz has conveyed to Lohan’s defense lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley an offer of three months in jail for the actress, with only about three weeks of that time actually served, due to overcrowding.

Last month, Lohan was charged with felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry boutique on January 22.
