“Saturday Night Live” takes another chance on an unknown (by the show’s standards) musical guest when Karmin performs tonight for host Zooey Deschanel.

Last month, fellow Internet sensation Lana Del Rey took the “SNL” stage – sparking backlash and eventually backlash to the backlash.

For many viewers, it will be the first time encountering Karmin, a duo comprised of Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan.

“New Girl” Zooey Deschanel and 21 Jump Street star Channing Tatum are set to host “Saturday Night Live.”

It will be the first time for both actors.
