Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox have had a “falling-out” that’s threatening to “destroy their relationship,” reports Us Weekly.

The mag says the best friends “had a spat this spring over Cox’s rumored romantic bond with costar Brian Van Holt.”

According to an Us Weekly source, “Jen thinks Courteney is acting callous by running around with this guy but refusing to file divorce papers” from estranged husband David Arquette. Really?

According to an Aniston pal, “She and Gloria have been talking on the phone, and Jen’s already organized a trip for her and Bradley to visit Gloria’s home outside Philadelphia.” Seriously?
