Jay Baruchel has joined ‘Cosmopolis,’ his rep confirms to Gossip Cop.

The movie stars Robert Pattinson as a wealthy but embattled financial whiz over the course of a hectic 24 hours, during which he bets a fortune against the yen.

Baruchel will reportedly play the Pattinson character’s shy counterpart and “conscience.”

Sarah Gadon has reportedly been cast as Robert Pattinson’s estranged wife in Cosmopolis.

To date, the young Canadian actress has primarily appeared in TV series.

Paul Giamatti, Juliette Binoche and Samantha Morton also star in the movie, which follows an incredibly wealthy but embattled young financial whiz over the course of 24 hours.

According to the article, “Son of No One,” which stars Al Pacino, Channing Tatum, Ray Liotta, Juliette Binoche and Katie Holmes, was poorly received and a number of the film’s potential buyers walked out “well before the end credits.” Really?
