Jon Gosselin and TLC have settled litigation against each other.

The network, where Gosselin and ex-wife Kate Gosselin found stardom as America’s favorite parents, sued him for violating their contract by appearing on competing shows for payment while disparaging the TLC program. Gosselin countersued, claiming the network damaged his reputation.

The weekly’s weak stomach comes from its “exclusive” that Gosselin “has agreed to star in a cheesy new reality show in which he’ll date [Suleman.]“
