The heroin charges against Jon Bon Jovi’s 19-year-old daughter Stephanie Rose Bongiovi have been dropped, the Oneida County District Attorney’s Office said on Thursday.
Bongiovi, who was arrested at Hamilton College on Wednesday after a suspected heroin overdose, will not be prosecuted due to the New York state “Good Samaritan” law, which prohibits prosecution against the victim of a drug overdose and the witness who helped the individual.Read more...

Jon Bon Jovi’s daughter Stephanie Rose Bongiovi was arrested on Wednesday after allegedly overdosing on heroin.
The 19-year-old Bongiovi was found alive in a dorm room at Hamilton College after someone reported that she was unresponsive, law enforcement sources confirm to Gossip Cop.
Police and emergency personnel responded to the scene and discovered a “small quantity” of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Read more...

Along with his wife, Dorethea, the rocker today opened a restaurant in Red Bank, New Jersey called The Soul Kitchen, where patrons pay what they can.
“This is not a soup kitchen,” stressed the singer. “There’s no prices on our menu, so if you want to come and you want to make a difference, leave a $20 in the envelope on the table. If you can’t afford to eat, you can bus tables, you can wait tables, you can work in the kitchen as a dishwasher” or even volunteer at a local food pantry in exchange for a meal at The Soul Kitchen.Read more...
