Joel Madden was reportedly kicked out of his hotel in Australia after marijuana was discovered in his room on Sunday.

The Good Charlotte rocker, who serves as a judge on the country’s version of “The Voice,” is not expected to be charged with any crime.

According to a local reports, a cleaner in Madden’s room at the Darling Hotel near Sydney found a small quantity of a suspicious substance, and police were summoned.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are having marriage problems, according to In Touch.

The tabloid notes that Richie’s wedding ring was “conspicuously missing” during an April 9 taping for “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

“Her bare finger fueled increasing buzz that her two-year marriage” is “on the rocks,” says In Touch, “especially coming on the heels of Nicole’s solo trip a week earlier to St. Bart’s, where she was left playing third wheel to celeb pals Jessica Alba and Cash Warren as they and several other couples enjoyed a week in the sun.”

In Touch claims Nicole Richie are Joel Madden and at odds after the rocker was “spotted getting frisky” with another woman at the wrap party for the Australian version of “The Voice.”

An “eyewitness” at the June 19 bash tells the mag that Madden “was talking to tons of girls at the beginning of the night,” but at around 2 a.m., he “zeroed in on” 20-year-old Jayde Economos, who worked on the singing competition.

So, did anything happen between them?

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are having “Drama Down Under,” blares a headline from Star, which claims the “Fashion Star” mentor “rushed” to her husband’s side “after learning of his erratic behavior while judging the Australian version of ‘The Voice.’”

According to a supposed “insider” for the tab, Madden was “making inappropriate comments to performers” on a May 14 show, forcing reps for the singing competition to “deny that he was intoxicated.”
