And if that means competing in a potato sack race in the White House against Jimmy Fallon, so be it.

The First Lady and the talk show host actually squared off in a series of events at the world’s most famous residence, including dodgeball and tug of war.

Fun was had, children learned the value of physical activity from a late night TV program, and even Bo, the First Dog, is involved!

NFL quarterback Tim Tebow + music legend David Bowie = “Tebowie.”

“Late Night” host Jimmy Fallon unveiled his musical creation on Thursday, donning 1970s-era Bowie glam rock makeup (along with a Denver Broncos jersey and shoulder pads) and singing a reworked “Space Oddity.”

It’s a pretty creative tribute to Tebow Mania.

“NBC’s New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly” has just announced its slate to ring in 2012.

Joining Daly on the 2-hour special from Times Square in New York are Drake and Jessie J, as well as “The Voice” music coaches Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green.

There will also be performances from The Roots and Tony Bennett, and segments from Jimmy Fallon, Bob Costas, Brian Williams, and Ricky Gervais.

Elsewhere in Times Square, as Gossip Cop previously reported,  Selena Gomez and fellow Disney alum Demi Lovato will host MTV’s live New Year’s special, while Gomez’s boyfriend Justin Bieber will perform on ABC’s “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.”

Following a “Weekend Update” crack by Seth Meyers about a strip club in Chicago that was accepting Christmas toys for needy kids, former “Weekend Update” anchor Jimmy Fallon came on-set and questioned if that was the best one-line Meyers had — before challenging him to a “Joke Off.”

But it wasn’t just Fallon who took part in the “Weekend Update ‘Joke Off.’”

The men were joined by other past anchors, Amy Poehler and Tina Fey.

Regis Philbin says goodbye to “Live with Regis and Kelly” on November 18, and during his last week on the air he’s going to get a sendoff from some of his “favorite guests and friends.”

Among those booked on Philbin’s final week are Jimmy Fallon and Don Rickles (November 14), Donald Trump (November 15), David Letterman (November 16), and his former co-host Kathie Lee Gifford (November 17).

The final shows will also feature musical performances from Tony Bennett, Josh Groban, and Bret Michaels.

Philbin’s last day on the air will be a look-back at his nearly three decades hosting the hit morning show, along with a few surprises.

Kim Kardashian‘s brief marriage to Kris Humphries has been grist for the late night talk show hosts night after night and night.

This evening was no different.

Jay Leno, David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, and Jimmy Fallon again took more shots at the reality star’s 72 day union.

Highlights included…

LENO

* Leno brought up the rumors that Kardashian is “actually still in love with the [Miami] Dolphins’ Reggie Bush.” He then noted it would be smart for Bush to marry her because, “as a Dolphin, that’s the only way he’s gonna get a ring this year.”

* He also mentioned that “New Girl” star Zooey Deschanel was geting divorced after only two years, “to which Kim said ,’Show off.’”

LETTERMAN

* Letterman asked, “Whatever happened to staying together for the sake of… the reality show?”

* The talk show host said Kim’s mom stressed her daughter’s marriage was not a sham, “It was an honest to goodness publicity stunt.”

* He even brought  up how Lindsay Lohan has been in and out of jail and rehab over and over, and that “she needs to find the right guy and settle down… for 72 days.”

KIMMEL

* Kimmel asked that everyone “take a moment of silence and bow our heads” because Kim Kardashian “unfollowed” Kris Humphries on Twitter.

* He followed that up by pointing out, ”During that moment of silence the Kardashians earned $80,000.”

FALLON

* Fallon kicked off his show by saying that President Obama just “went to the G20 summit to give Europe advice on its debt crisis… That’s like J. Lo getting marriage advice from Kim Kardashian.”

At the rate the late night talk show hosts are going, they’ll be telling Kardashian jokes for far longer than her marriage lasted.

Highlights included…

Leno

* “California passed a new law… There’s now a five-day waiting period… before Kim Kardashian can get married again.”

* He also said the sad news is that Kim and Kris are divorcing after just 72 days, “but the good news, Kim says this is the divorce she dreamed about since she was 10.”

Letterman

* Letterman noted that when Regis Philbin “steps aside they’re going to try out replacements… It’s the same thing Kim Kardashian will be doing now.”

* Of the marriage, he said, “Lasted 72 days? …I’ve had Viagra side effects that have lasted longer.”

Kimmel

* After also commenting how Kim and Kris were only married for 72 days, Kimmel said, “I really thought those two were gonna make it to, um… to Thanksgiving.”

* Kimmel said some fans felt betrayed, and now think the couple’s marriage was a fake. He then pointed out that her special was called “‘Kim and Kris’ Fairy Tale Wedding’… Key words being ‘fairy tale’… Do we also believe that ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ was real?”

Fallon

* Fallon mentioned first that a judge on Wednesday “sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 30 days in jail for violating her probation… Or, as Kim Kardashian put it, ’30 days? That’s like four marriages.’”

* He also said Kardashian claimed her decision to get married had nothing to do with publicity and that she said, “If you don’t believe me, just talk to my publicist.”

Just because Kim Kardashian announced she was divorcing Kris Humphries after 72 days on Monday, it doesn’t mean the late night comedians were done with her after just one night of mocking her.

Jay Leno, David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, and Jimmy Fallon still took more shots at the reality star’s quickie marriage.

Highlights included…

Leno

* “I like shaking hands with the people in the front row [of the audience]… You share a brief moment… You have a few seconds of physical contact, then it’s over… kind of like a Kardashian wedding.”

* Leno noted that one of the problems was that Humphries wanted to live in Minnesota and Kardashian didn’t. He said during winters in Minnesota, “You free your a** off, and in Kim’s case that could be fatal.”

Letterman

* After mentioning how Humphries had only been married for 72 days to Kardashian, Letterman said, “He’s being replaced by Ashton Kutcher.”

* There was also a clip shown, calling all athletes to the “Kim Kardashian Husband Draft.”

But that wasn’t it for Letterman. He devoted his Top Ten list to “Things That Have Lasted Longer Than The Kardashian Marriage.”

Kimmel

* Kimmel said Halloween “came and went so fast… it’s like a Kardashian wedding.”

* He also showed footage of Rob Kardashian discussing Kim’s split after “Dancing with the Stars” on Monday. Rob said his family likes to keep “everything private,” prompting Kimmel to question, “Everything? Maybe… a thing?”

Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake reunited for a dazzling (and hilarious) new installment in their “History of Rap” series on Friday.

From Coolio to Beastie Boys to The Fugees to OutKast to Sir Mix-A-Lot, the duo plowed through a number of hip-hop classics to the delight of the audience.

As always, Fallon and Timberlake are pretty great together.

Conan O’Brien “surprised” Jimmy Fallon when he made an appearance on “Late Night,” the talk show O’Brien had hosted for 16 years.

When Fallon asks him what he was doing, O’Brien said, “I was back in New York, and decided I wanted to check out my old studio.”

After a comedically awkward exchange about “what happened” to the carrot-topped host and why he was no longer at NBC, O’Brien explained that he stopped by because “I left something here, something important to me… Can I get it back?”

O’Brien then “retrieved” Triumph the Insult Comic Dog from behind the couch.

A little while back, Justin Bieber spoofed his “Someday” scent with Jimmy Fallon, who plays an “older” version of The Biebs.

Now there’s video of some outtakes from the shoot, and, as with many things involving Bieber (or, for that matter, Fallon), the results are adorable.

The two dudes have a hard time keeping straight faces during the faux “Someday” seriousness, giggling often and busting out some ridiculous dance moves.

Last week, Jonah Hill aired a beef he has with Matthew Morrison on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”

He explained his feud began after a diss at the Fox fall upfronts, and culminated when he overheard his name used as a punchline to a joke Morrison told at a party.

Hill said he’s ready to take on the “Glee” star, and joked, “I’d like to see him sing his way out of this one.”

Well, Morrison responded in a taped rebuttal on “Late Night.”

Talking directly to the camera, Morrison tells Hill, “I can sing my way out of it, and I can dance my way out of it.”

“Be very afraid,” he warns the Moneyball star, adding, “No one messes with someone from musical theater… This just got real, man.”

Jimmy Fallon is returning to “Saturday Night Live” — this time as a host.

The “SNL” vet will host the sketch comedy show on December 17.

Fallon joked in a statement, “I’ve never forgotten where I came from. That’s why I’m so incredibly honored to be hosting the Saturday Night Times program December 17th on HGTV.”

Michael Buble will appear as the musical guest.

The show’s upcoming season premieres on September 24, with Alec Balwin hosting and Radiohead as musical guest.

In the rendition, the singer spins the track three different ways – first performing it in the original, piano-driven version, then upping the beat a notch, before rounding it out with a jazz-inspired finish.

Star magazine is reporting that Jimmy Fallon

The tab quotes a so-called “source” as saying, “Jimmy flies back to L.A. on the redeye every Friday and hardly has any time to spend with Nancy before he’s expected back on set in Manhattan. It’s making them both miserable.”

It’s so bad, claims Star, Fallon is “pushing hard for NBC execs to consider moving his show to L.A.”

But the suits at NBC aren’t budging, says the magazine, which goes on to note that since Fallon has only 12 months left on his contract, he’s going to use that time “to get them to change their minds, or else he walks.”

Here’s what’s right about the Star story: Jimmy Fallon is married and hosts “Late Night,” which is produced out of New York.

Here’s what’s wrong about the Star story: Fallon’s marriage is not strained nor does he want to move the show to L.A.

And oh yeah, the couple does not have a home in L.A.

They’re both based in New York.

The only thing being strained here is the truth.

“Saturday Night Love” brought back its “Ambiguously Gay Duo” cartoon, featuring its two crimefighters Ace and Gary, but last night’s show had an added twist.

After a “Flesh Ray” weapon zapped the two animated superheroes during a showdown with villains, Ace and Gary transformed into live-action figures, played by Jon Hamm and Jimmy Fallon.

The villains were also turned into real-life individuals with SNL host Ed Helms as a split-faced foe, Stephen Colbert as Dr. Brainio, and Steve Carell as Bighead.

Elton John was on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” last night and took aim at King of Leon for not wanting to have their music performed on “Glee.”

You’ll recall their was an intense war of words between “Glee” creator Ryan Murphy and the band’s Nathan Followill after Kings of Leon wouldn’t let the hit FOX series to cover their song, “Use Somebody.”

Anyway, John told Jimmy Fallon that even he has “never lost that thrill” from hearing others perform his songs, even if it’s muzak in an elevator. Sir Elton felt, “When someone wants to do your song, it’s a compliment,” and told Kings of Leon and other bands, “Lighten up you a**holes.”
