Following Sandra Bullock’s split from her cheating husband Jesse James, the actress wasn’t sure she wanted to return to the big screen.

While promoting Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, her first film since her 2009 Oscar win for The Blind Side, Bullock said, “I was perfectly content to be permanently broken.”

Sandra Bullock may finally get revenge on her cheating ex-husband Jesse James, reports Star magazine, which claims the actress is considering slapping him with a $20 million defamation lawsuit.

Although Bullock has taken the high road since her ex publicly humiliated her almost two years ago, supposed “insiders” for the mag say that James’ latest snipe, wherein he referred to Bullock as “some Hollywood actress,” may have pushed her “too far.”

But is she really going to sue him?

Jesse James returned to the airwaves on Monday, appearing on the biker show, “American Chopper: The Build-Off,” and it didn’t take him long to once again behave like a jerk.

While apologizing for not remaining in touch with fans, James rudely referred to his ex-wife, Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock, as “some Hollywood actress.”

On Sunday night, Von D opened up for the first time about their split, writing in a Facebook post, “Today I encountered the 19th girl to add to the list of people Jesse cheated on me with during this last year.”

According to OK! magazine, Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves had an “intimate rendezvous” at Craig’s restaurant in West Hollywood on October 26.

“They were taken into a private room at the back of the restaurant,” an “observer” tells the tabloid. “They were chatting the whole night and looked really close. Keanu was making her laugh.”

Oh, by the way, there were other friends at this dinner – but that doesn’t really spice up the story, so OK! downplays it.

The unintentionally hilarious new OK! cover laments the end of America’s Greatest Fictional Couple.

According to the magazine, Ryan Reynolds has “dumped” Sandra Bullock for Blake Lively, ending “the romantic karma comeback story of the year.”

OK! wonders whether the supposed Bullock-Reynolds relationship “was too good to be true” after his “steamy Boston weekend” with Green Lantern co-star Lively, and describes Reynolds’ alleged choice as “another soul-crushing blow” to Bullock.
