Brett Favre has been sued for sexual harassment by two former massage therapists for the New York Jets.

Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole filed suit against the retiring quarterback today in the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

Scavo alleges Favre sent another massage therapist text messages requesting that she and Scavo “get together” with him. She claims Favre treated her like a “hanging slab of meat” during his 2008 season with the Jets.

The NFL has fined Brett Favre $50,000 for “failure to cooperate” with the league’s investigation into allegations he texted pictures of his genitals to Jenn Sterger.

Commissioner Roger Goodell was unable to determine whether Favre broke the NFL’s personal conduct policy based on the available evidence.

But Goodell did say Favre was not “candid” during the investigation.

In a memo to the 32 teams in the league, the commissioner said there are “no excuses for improper or potentially unlawful conduct in the workplace.”

Jenn Sterger, the woman who accuses Brett Favre of unwanted sexting, will reportedly consider going public with an “overabundance of evidence” if the NFL fails to punish the star quarterback.

Favre will soon learn how the league intends to handle his scandal, in which he allegedly sent Sterger photos of his penis when she worked for the New York Jets in 2008.
