Jason Derulo was severely injured Wednesday while rehearsing for his upcoming concert tour, Gossip Cop confirms.

The singer was performing an acrobatic move when he fell on his head and fractured a vertebra in his neck.

The pop star has just signed on to join Ryan Seacrest as co-host of 102.7 KIIS-FM’s Wango Tango music festival.
