Paris Hilton had an unwelcome guest over July 4.

James Rainford, who has a history of harassing the socialite and attacked her then-boyfriend Cy Waits in April, was busted again after police found him lurking near Hilton’s Malibu beach house on Monday.

Cops were alerted to the scene after Rainford, peering into Hilton’s home, was recognized from news reports.

Paris Hilton’s knife-brandishing home intruder has been found guilty of first-degree residential burglary.
Nathan Lee Parada faces up to three years in prison after trying to break into the socialite’s house in August 2010. Hilton’s boyfriend, Cy Waits, pulled a firearm on Parada and held him at gunpoint until police arrived.

Paris Hilton’s boyfriend Cy Waits was attacked this afternoon by a man outside the courthouse in Van Nuys, California, Gossip Cop confirms.

The suspect, James Rainford, reportedly lunged at Waits as he and Hilton were walking into a hearing where the socialite was slated to testify against a different man – Nathan Lee Parada – who allegedly entered Hilton’s home with a knife in August 2010.
