Neil Patrick Harris, the Osbournes, and Elton John were some of the famous faces to appear at Friday’s Race to Erase MS Gala.

The annual event, held in Los Angeles, benefits the Nancy Davis Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis.

Jack Osbourne, who was diagnosed with MS last year, and his mom Sharon were honored with the Medal of Hope awards for spreading awareness about the disease.

The reality star’s new wife, Lisa Stelly, made the revelation on Twitter Tuesday, writing, “Really proud of Jack and his friend Tyler who saved a woman on the beach yesterday who’d had a heart attack and drown [sic].”
