David Beckham has now sworn in court papers that he didn’t have sex with $10,000-a-night prostitute Irma Nici, and that all her sexual allegations, including them having a threesome with another hooker in 2007, are “unequivocally false.”

Two months ago, Gossip Cop was the first outlet to report that David Beckham was going to file a lawsuit against In Touch over a cover story in which the tabloid alleged the soccer great had slept with a $10,000-a-night hooker.

Also named in the lawsuit was Irma Nici, the prostitute who claimed she had five paid sexual encounters with Beckham in 2007, including one in which another hooker was involved.

Now In Touch – in an effort to show the court that it believes its claims are accurate – has filed papers in California, alleging Beckham has a “reputation for adultery.”

True to his word, David Beckham has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against In Touch magazine over a cover story in which the tabloid alleged the soccer great had slept with a $10,000-a-night hooker. A number of outlets are making it seem as though a new woman has emerged to “confirm” (anonymously) In Touch’s claim that the soccer star romped with prostitutes in New York.

“Brace yourself for the WHOREICANE!” shouts Hilton. “Bitches are just coming out of the woodwork now!”

On the heels of In Touch’s cover story claiming David Beckham cheated on his wife with a high-price hooker, the soccer star has decided to sue.

Sources tell Gossip Cop that In Touch’s parent company, Bauer Publishing, will receive legal papers on Friday in Germany, where the company is headquartered.

We’ve been told that legal action in the United States is imminent.

“Beckham Caught Cheating: The Ultimate Betrayal,” screams the cover of In Touch, which alleges that David Beckham cheated on wife Victoria by having an “affair with a $10,000-a-night hooker.”

The magazine quotes a former prostitute named Irma Nici, who “claims she’s slept with the world’s most famous soccer star five times and spills every dirty detail of their affair.” Woah!
