Jada Pinkett Smith is cheating on Will Smith with Marc Anthony, claims In Touch Weekly in a cover story.

The magazine alleges that Jada “destroyed” Anthony’s marriage to Jennifer Lopez (as well as her own) by sneaking around with him behind her husband’s back. Will supposedly uncovered her “ultimate betrayal” when he caught Jada with Anthony (her “HawthoRNe” co-star) in the Smiths’ Hidden Hills mansion.

Two months ago, Gossip Cop was the first outlet to report that David Beckham was going to file a lawsuit against In Touch over a cover story in which the tabloid alleged the soccer great had slept with a $10,000-a-night hooker.

Also named in the lawsuit was Irma Nici, the prostitute who claimed she had five paid sexual encounters with Beckham in 2007, including one in which another hooker was involved.

Now In Touch – in an effort to show the court that it believes its claims are accurate – has filed papers in California, alleging Beckham has a “reputation for adultery.”

“A Family Torn Apart,” declares a headline in the tab, which claims that the kids’ enrollment in school in Hungary has taken the couple’s desire for them to be “citizens of the world” way “too far.”

Most of the time, they carry on about how upset or troubled the pop star is. And when she’s demonstrably happy, the magazines insist that she’s been “manipulated.”

In Touch alleges that her dad Jamie Spears and boyfriend Jason Trawick have been “working behind her back to revamp her image,” part of a “secret plan” that included the careful orchestration of her August trip with Trawick to Hawaii.

True to his word, David Beckham has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against In Touch magazine over a cover story in which the tabloid alleged the soccer great had slept with a $10,000-a-night hooker.
