Despite rumors that their separation is just a publicity stunt, Heidi Montag has officially filed for divorce from Spencer Pratt.

Montag filed the papers today in a Santa Monica court house.

The couple, whose relationship was chronicled on “The Hills,” split in May and legally separated the following month.
