Harry Potter Actor Jamie Waylett Arrested on Bomb Charge


Jamie Waylett, who played bully Vincent Crabbe in the Harry Potter movies, was arrested on charges including possession of a bomb he allegedly intended to use in the London riots.

He’s been charged under the Criminal Damage Act for reportedly arming himself with a homemade “petrol bomb” while looting a north London store on August 8.

“´╗┐Harry Potter” has officially passed “Star Wars” to become the highest grossing movie franchise in domestic box office history.

The film’s final installment, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2,” has been crushing box office records since its release last weekend, earning $214.9 million in only six days.

Altogether, the eight movies have grossed $2.223 billion from releases, beating out the $2.217 billion total of “Star Wars.”

Emma Watson Confirms She Will Return to Brown

The “Harry Potter” star will enroll at Oxford University in the fall for a semester abroad, and will then head back to Brown in 2012 to finish her studies.

Watson, who’s starred in the films with Daniel Radcliffe for the past ten years, told him, “You were and are the perfect Harry, and will be forever.”
