“The Smurfs” has tied “Cowboys & Aliens” for first place in a weekend box office upset.

The official winner won’t be declared until tomorrow morning.

Those little blue animated buggers and the Daniel Craig-Harrison Ford sci-fi western both banked $36.2 million.

Harrison Ford holds a grudge.

The actor was visited in his “Jimmy Kimmel Live” dressing room by Star Wars pal Chewbacca, but apparently there’s some unfinished business between the two former friends.

To promote Cowboys & Aliens on “The Late Show with David Letterman,” Harrison Ford and the host rode horses through the streets of Manhattan.

Back in the studio, Letterman asked Ford about injuries sustained in earlier rides… and then rather vigorously inspected a scar on Ford’s head.

According to the blogger, “Harison Ford has told Indiana Jones filmmakers George Lucas and Steven Spielberg that he wants his character to be killed off in the fifth film.”

Perez then quotes an insider as saying, “Harrison thinks it would be good for Indy to die and pass on his hat to his son in the next one.” Really?
