Halle Berry’s nanny Alliance Kamdem was denied her request for a retraining order against Gabriel Aubry in court on Tuesday.

As Gossip Cop reported Monday, Kamdem filed a police report claiming Aubry pushed her into a door as she was holding the former couple’s daughter Nahla during an alleged confrontation last week.

Halle Berry’s stalker, Richard Franco, who trespassed on her property three times in July, has now been sentenced to more than a year in jail.

Franco is set to remain behind bars for 386 days.

Berry was also granted a 10-year restraining order, which requires Franco to keep a distance of 200 yards.

Berry’s lawyer is asking that a judge hold Aubry in contempt for an alleged violation of the former couple’s custody agreement, according to TMZ.

Halle Berry has been granted a restraining order against Richard Franco, the man who trespassed on her property three times in one weekend last month.

He’s required to stay at least 100 yards away from the star and her young daughter.

Franco jumped over the wall of Berry’s Hollywood Hills home twice in July, and was found staring at the actress through her kitchen window.
