Attorneys for the former couple released a joint statement on Thursday, saying, “The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter.”

Gabriel Aubry has taken out a restraining order against Olivier Martinez after a Thanksgiving brawl that landed the model in the hospital and got him arrested.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, the two men had a violent clash at Halle Berry’s home last Thursday, though there are differing accounts as to who started the altercation.

But according to Aubry’s court filing, it was Martinez who not only initiated the fight, but also threatened to kill him.

Gabriel Aubry was spotted with a nasty-looking shiner in L.A. on Saturday, two days after his Thanksgiving brawl with Halle Berry’s fiancé Olivier Martinez.

The model was sporting a massive black eye that was nearly swelled shut.

Gabriel Aubry was reportedly arrested — and hospitalized — after a Thanksgiving Day brawl involving Olivier Martinez at Halle Berry’s house.

According to TMZ, the incident occurred when Aubry went to Berry’s home on Thursday morning to drop off their daughter Nahla.

It’s not clear what specifically triggered the violence, but Aubry allegedly instigated a fight with Martinez, Berry’s fiancé.
