Under the headline, “Kanye’s NOT Invited,” Perez writes that “Kanye West was not invited to participate in George Clooney’s telethon fundraiser for the earthquake victims in Haiti due to his bad reputation.” How wrong is Perez?

Madonna joins other stars like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who have used their fame and fortune to help those affected by the earthquake in Haiti. She donated $250,000 to Partners in Health.

George Clooney plans to host a major telethon to raise funds for the devastated people of Haiti on Friday, January 22.

The star is reaching out to Hollywood friends to help with the event, which will reportedly air across MTV’s networks.
