Madonna‘s stalker, Grzegorz Matlok, has been ordered to stay in a psychiatric hospital and is banned from coming within 300 feet of the pop superstar after breaking into her London home last spring.

A court rendered the decision on Monday.

Madonna’s London home was broken into over the weekend.

A 29-year-old named Grzegorz Matlok was charged with burglary today after the singer’s security found him in her home early Saturday morning.

The alleged burglar reportedly climbed into multimillion dollar mansion after smashing a window.
