Before outlets start trying to marry Cameron Diaz off to Alex Rodriguez, the star has a few things to say about the institution of matrimony.

The ‘Green Hornet’ star tells Maxim in their upcoming “Hot 100″ issue that she believes marriage is a dying institution.

“I think we have to make our own rules,” Diaz states. “I don’t think we should live our lives in relationships based off old traditions that don’t suit our world any longer.”

Cameron Diaz Green Hornet OK! Seth Rogen The Green Hornet

“Seth & Cam at War,” are the fighting words in the title of an OK! story claiming, “Cameron Diaz and Seth Rogen are squabbling on the set of The Green Hornet.” According to OK!, Rogen, the film’s star, writer and producer, is taking his responsibilities “so seriously that he’s butting heads with Cameron.” And yes, there is an unnamed source who says, “There have been occasions where he’s flown off the handle for no reason, leading her to storm off set. He’ll later apologize, only to do it all over again.”
