Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, and Nicki Minaj were among the other artists with multiple nominations.

The 54th annual Grammy Awards will be handed out on February 12, 2012 in Los Angeles.

Perez Hilton, who disingenuously now claims to be a kinder, gentler blogger, once again showed his true colors in a post about CBS reporter Serene Branson.

In a live shot following last night’s Grammys, Branson experienced severe speech difficulties, first uttering a few words and then becoming unintelligible.

Branson obviously had some type of episode that caused her to sound incoherent.

But one person’s illness apparently is Perez’s fun.
