Long before she turned 18, Taylor Momsen raised eyebrows with questionable – and revealing- fashion choices.

But The Pretty Reckless singer makes no apologies for her wardrobe in the February/March issue of FHM, telling the magazine, “I love stripper shoes.”

Momsen has been photographed out and about in see-through stilettos that come with a compartment for “tips.”

She tells FHM, “I always try to find the tallest ones. I’m always surprised no one talks about my shoes. I’m, like, on stage in 15-inch heels but people talk more about my eye make-up, which has stayed the same forever.”

The former “Gossip Girl” star also reveals she’s “completely neurotic, totally anxious and high-strung all the time.”

“I sleep for about four hours a night, or day, really,” she says. “I go to bed at 9 a.m., sleep for four hours, then get up and start the day again.”

Momsen adds, “To be honest, I don’t know what to do when I’m not working. I lose my mind if I’m not constantly doing something.”

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo announced today that he and his TV news anchor wife, Candice Crawford, are having a baby.

While speaking at a drug prevention event at Cedar Hill High School in Texas, a student asked Romo if he had any kids, to which he replied, “I actually have one on the way. My wife is pregnant.”

The football star and Crawford tied the knot last May in Dallas in front of 600 guests, including new uncle-to-be “Gossip Girl” star Chace Crawford.

Meanwhile, Romo’s ex, Jessica Simpson, has been spotted sporting what appears to be a prominent baby bump.

Three months after Elizabeth Hurley‘s divorce from Arun Nayar became official, the “Gossip Girl” actress is now engaged to Australian cricket player Shane Warne.

Warne reportedly popped the question last night with a diamond-and-sapphire ring.

Her romance with the Aussie athlete became public last December when they were photographed kissing in London.

It was then that she announced via Twitter, “For the record, my husband Arun and I separated a few months ago. Our close family & friends were aware of this.”

This will be the second marriage for both Hurley and Warne, who tweeted a photo of themselves (above) on their way to dinner tonight.

The actress has a son, Damian, from a previous relationship with Stephen Bing.

Chace Crawford‘s marijuana possession case has gone up in smoke.

Back in June of 2010, the “Gossip Girl” star was busted outside a bar in Plano, Texas with an unlit joint.

He was later charged with one misdemeanor count of possession, and could have faced up to six months behind bars, but made a deal that if he stayed out of trouble for a year and did community service, the charge would be dismissed.

We’re told Crawford clocked in 80 hours of community service, and the judge has cleared the actor’s record.

The “Sex and the City” TV prequel is coming to the CW.

The network has picked up “The Carrie Diaries,” Candace Bushnell‘s most recent novel in the “Sex and the City” book series about Carrie Bradshaw‘s senior year in high school in the early 1980s.

“Gossip Girl” producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage are planning to helm the project, with former “Sex and the City” writer/producer Amy Harris penning the adaptation.

Sarah Jessica Parker will not be involved with the series, despite previous rumors that she had signed on to produce the show.

Taylor Momsen left “Gossip Girl” in November, and now the young star says she’s “quit acting” altogether to focus on her music career.

In a new interview with Elle magazine’s website, the Pretty Reckless singer reveals, “I quit acting. I quit ‘Gossip Girl’ and now tour and am in a band and that’s pretty much all I want to do.”

“Hopefully I’ll be able to only do that for the rest of my life,” Momsen added.

Momsen, who played Jenny Humphrey on the CW series, took an “indefinite hiatus” from the show in November. Six months later, the network announced Momsen would not reprise her role on the following season.

The 18-year-old has been in front of the camera since she was just a toddler.

While Blake Lively has “her own career and millions in the bank,” writes the Daily Mail, when it comes to love, she prefers an “old-fashioned” approach.

According to the paper, the “Gossip Girl” star turned to the “cult dating manual ‘The Rules’ to hook Leonardo DiCaprio.”

“Not calling him, making him jealous and acting ‘busy,’ are just some of the commandments in the bestselling book” that Lively used to win over DiCaprio, reports the outlet.

A so-called “friend” of Lively’s claims, “Blake loves [the] dating book ‘The Rules’ and has been following it to the letter… She knew Leo could have any girl he wanted and she figured she had to stand out from the crowd… She’s making him work for it — and he’s fallen hard for her.”

Now it’s time for Gossip Cop to throw the book at the Daily Mail.

Lively did not ensnare DiCaprio nor did she trick him via games.

The two, rather naturally, fell for each other.

A source close to the actress tells Gossip Cop the tabloid’s story is a “bunch of lies.”

Leighton Meester is suing her mom, Constance Meester, who she alleges took money the “Gossip Girl” star sent for her sick little brother Lex, and instead used for her own cosmetic procedures, Botox, and hair extensions.

In the suit, obtained by TMZ, Meester says her mom claims they had an oral agreement that the actress would pay Constance a monthly allowance of $10,000, but Meester says that’s absolutely untrue.

The star also alleges that her mother threatened to sue her for $3 million, if she didn’t start ponying up the cash.

Meester is asking the court to declare that there’s no contract between her and Constance.

Sounds like even more drama than on “Gossip Girl.”

There was a lot of buzz the last week surrounding the casting of the upcoming Jeff Buckley biopic, with some outlets reporting that Penn Badgley had beaten out Robert Pattinson and James Franco for the coveted role.

Gossip Cop looked into it, and it turns out there are actually two different Jeff Buckley films in the making.

Orian Williams, one of the co-producers for the Jake Scott-directed project (which Pattinson had preliminary discussions for) tells Gossip Cop, “Penn Badgley is not cast in our movie and we are not in talks with him to play Jeff Buckley.”

Williams adds that his film has the blessing of the late musician’s mom, Mary Guibert, who will serve as an executive producer, and the movie also has all the rights to Buckley’s music.

However, Badgley will star in a separate Buckley film called Greetings from Tim Buckley, and he’ll play the title musician’s son, Jeff.

This movie, to be directed  by Dan Algrant, will focus on Jeff Buckley coming to terms with the father who abandoned him.

Gossip Cop will update when we more details emerge about the casting for the Buckley film Pattinson had talks about.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively had a “sneaky affair” behind model Bar Refaeli‘s back, reports Star magazine.

The mag says DiCaprio and the “Gossip Girl” star have been secretly hooking up for quite some time, and their recent European trip was “a calculated coming-out party for the pair after months of keeping their romance under wraps.”

According to a supposed “insider,” DiCaprio and Lively “began meeting regularly” in November after they were introduced at a business dinner with Baz Luhrmann to discuss his upcoming remake of The Great Gastby.

By March, the pair was allegedly “getting so tight that she [Lively] was slipping away from her hectic duties” on the New York set of “Gossip Girl” to hang out with DiCaprio in L.A.

Well, that would be pretty scandalous… if it actually happened.

Sources close to DiCaprio and Lively tell Gossip Cop the Star story is totally fabricated, and that the two were definitely not hooking up when DiCaprio was dating Refaeli.

“Leo DiCaprio & Bar Refaeli Are Having Relationship Trouble — Is Blake Lively To Blame?” asks HollywoodLife, which rarely seems to have the right answer.

The poorly reported blog claims an “insider” says Leonardo DiCaprio is “hooking up with Blake Lively.”

Really?

While GossipCop can confirm that the actor’s relationship with the model has hit a snag, it has NOTHING to do with Lively.

HollywoodLife nevertheless belches up a quote from Lainey Gossip, which reads: “I received an anonymous email yesterday from someone who claims that Leo, or someone resembling Leo, was spotted at 3am on Monday night/Tuesday morning heading into Blake Lively’s apartment.”

As further proof of a DiCaprio-Lively connection, HollywoodLife writes that the “Gossip Girl” star “wants a role in The Great Gatsby more than anything… coincidentally, Leo is starring in the film.”

Let’s step back and look at this…

OK, so HollywoodLife’s “proof” that Lively and DiCaprio are “hooking up” is an “anonymous email” sent to another blogger about someone possibly, maybe, kind of “resembling Leo”?!

Hey, we’d love to meet their other sources like Al Cahall, Hugh Jass, and Harry Nutts.

On the flip side of the reporting spectrum, Gossip Cop investigated and a DiCaprio source tells us the Lively rumor is “not true,” and there’s “nothing going on there” between them.

Additionally, a rep for Lively reiterates it’s “not true at all,” and calls the HollywoodLife story “stupid.”

And oh yeah, we like how the wrong website says Lively “wants a role in The Great Gatsby more than anything.” That same silly site started the rumor, which Gossip Cop also debunked as untrue.

Basically, when it comes to DiCaprio, HollywoodLife’s stories sink faster than the Titanic.

Blake Lively, Leighton Meester and Taylor Momsen are “at war” on the set of “Gossip Girl,” reports Star, claiming the actresses are “battling it out to be Queen Bee.”

The mag quotes a so-called “insider” as saying, “They know this will probably be the last season of the show for them, and they’re all lobbying for more screen time and the best plot lines for their characters.”

“All three of them feel like their star is on the rise and don’t want the other two to surpass them,” adds the supposed source.

Star claims things came to a head recently when the ladies got into “a nasty argument over costumes,” with Lively and Momsen supposedly flipping out because Meester’s wardrobe budget was increased.

“Blake has had the most success outside the show in feature films, so she was really annoyed about the wardrobe situation because she felt it was done behind her back,” the alleged insider reveals.

However, the tab’s story is nothing more than recycled gossip.

Asked about the rumor, Lively tells Gossip Cop exclusively, “It’s so not true,” adding, “People don’t like it when we get along… unfortunately [for them] we get along too well.”

Once again, Star confuses fact with fiction.

Chace Crawford may have found a way to make his marijuana possession charge disappear from his permanent record.

The “Gossip Girl” star, who was busted for pot possession in Texas last summer, has reportedly cut a deal to complete a pre-trial diversion program, which means that if he meets certain conditions in the next 12 months, the case will be dismissed and he’ll have no criminal record.

The conditions entail that Crawford must complete 24 hours of community service and check in with a probation officer once a month, according to TMZ.

If he gets into any trouble with the law, the deal will be thrown out.

Is Blake Lively going to join The Great Gatsby after all?

There are new rumors that the “Gossip Girl” star will wind up in the upcoming remake of the classic story with Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and Carey Mulligan.

The buzz follows Lively’s inclusion in the Time 100 Most Influential People list, because Baz Luhrmann, who will direct Gatsby, writes the Time piece on Lively.

“This could of course just all be a coincidence,” speculates HollywoodLife, “But it seems like no one should be surprised to see Blake confirmed for the [Gatsby] role of Daisy or Myrtle down the road.”

Actually… no one should expect such a casting.

Lively is not involved in the project.

A source close to Lively tells Gossip Cop that she and Luhrmann are friends – and that his Time 100 praise for her has nothing to do with a possible role in The Great Gatsby.

If HollywoodLife did their research, they would know that Carey Mulligan is playing Daisy Buchanan in the film, while Isla Fisher is in talks to play Tom Buchanan‘s mistress Myrtle.

Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were allegedly spotted together at Coachella over the weekend, sparking rumors that the “Gossip Girl” stars have reunited after breaking up last October.

In Touch says Blake Lively and Leighton Meester are feuding on the set of “Gossip Girl,” and the tension between them is “going into overdrive.”

According to a supposed insider on the show’s set, Lively and Meester are clashing because they “are complete opposites.”

“Blake is a huge diva! She sees herself as the star of the show” whereas Meester is “pretty low-key,” says an “eyewitness.”

Lively has a big head now that “she’s done a movie with Ben Affleck and another with Ryan Reynolds,” claims the “insider,” who notes, “She’s talking about leaving the show.”

And things have become so bad on the set that the co-stars “totally avoid each other between takes,” adds the source.

Wow, sounds like there’s more drama off-camera than on the show itself.

The story, however, is 100% false.

A source close to Meester calls the report “ridiculous,” while a Lively source tells Gossip Cop, ”It’s so untrue.”

Once again, the rumor that B(lair) and S(erena) are real-life frenemies is actually… B.S.

Today, a number of sites, including OceanUp and The True Gossip, ran an interview Miley Cyrus gave to College Cures.

In the “interview,” Cyrus allegedly had a few not so complimentary thoughts about “Gossip Girl” star Taylor Momsen.

When Cyrus was asked what she had in common with Momsen, the former “Hannah Montana” star replied, “The only thing we have in common is our love for music, singing and acting.”

And as for whether the “press has turned a blind eye to Taylor and focused their attention” on Cyrus, the So Undercover lead felt Momsen got a little bit of a break, and explained, ”My fan base has always been a younger audience than hers, but people seem to forget the fact that she’s younger than me; she’s on Gossip Girl, younger people watch that too! Just because I worked for the Disney Channel doesn’t mean that I’m not allowed to grow up and Taylor is. She’s seventeen years old. She has young people watching her, too.”

Of course, there’s one slight – no, BIG – problem with the interview.

Cyrus NEVER gave this interview, a point College Cures later apologetically acknowledged, though inexplicably OceanUp and the ironically titled The True Gossip have yet to rectify.

Once again, this “interview” is as FAKE as the supposed topless cell phone shot of Cyrus.

Rumors are swirling about Country Strong co-stars Leighton Meester and Garrett Hedlund.

According to Us Weekly, the attractive pair “may be making their onscreen romance a reality,” after they were seen hanging out together at HBO’s party after the Golden Globes.

One partygoer described Hedlund and Meester as “inseparable” to the outlet.

So are the Country Strong cuties getting serious in real life?

Nope.

A rep for Hedlund emphatically tells Gossip Cop, “He is not dating her,” observing that Hedlund and Meester “went out together with a group” but left separately.

“Is Taylor Momsen‘s modeling career on the rocks? Reports say the teen was dropped from IMG!” exclaims a headline on HollywoodLife.

“At just 14-years-old, she was one of the youngest girls to sign with the agency,” the site writes, “although it looks like her rebellious antics are costing Taylor more than she expected.”

According to HollywoodLife, Momsen, who was the face of Madonna‘s Material Girl clothing line and John Galliano‘s fragrance campaign, was dismissed by the agency due to her “wild ways.”

So did IMG really drop the “Gossip Girl” actress because of her “provocative” reputation?

Nope.

A spokesperson for the agency tells Gossip Cop, “IMG and Taylor Momsen parted ways over a year ago,” and that it had nothing to do with any discord among the two parties.

“While we realize there is in an interest in the media to connect this to some broader story,” the reps continues, “we have nothing but the highest regard for her and wish her continued success.”

Tony Romo and Candice Crawford are engaged.

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback popped the question while the couple celebrated Crawford’s 24th birthday at Five Sixty in Dallas.

Crawford, who is the sister of “Gossip Girl” star Chace Crawford, was crowned Miss Missouri in 2008.

She currently works for KDAF-TV in Dallas-Fort Worth. The station was the first to report tonight’s news.

No wedding date has been announced.

Today, the New York Daily News examines why Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson split up, and in the process the paper makes a few notable errors.

Picking up on a story from E!, the tabloid reports that Blake Lively - Reynolds’ Green Lantern costar – “may have led him astray,” and that there were “rumblings that everything wasn’t exactly up to wedding vow snuff” with Reynolds and Lively on the film’s set.

Whoa!

The Daily News also writes, “It wasn’t until the end of last month, when Reynolds returned to the city from Los Angeles, that Johansson told him she wanted a divorce.”

According to a so-called “source” for the paper, “Reynolds wasn’t ready [to get a divorce] and told her they ‘should avoid it at all costs.’”

So, did Reynolds stray with Lively?

Absolutely NOT.

“There was no cheating on either part,” says a source close to Reynolds and Johansson. And a source close to Lively assures Gossip Cop that talk of the “Gossip Girl” star and Reynolds ever hooking up is ”150 percent untrue.”

Additionally, contrary to the News‘ contention, our insider reveals “Ryan was the one to pull the plug” on the marriage, though ultimately it was “a mutual decision.”

While less sexy than allegations of infidelity, the real reason Johansson and Reynolds split, says our impeccable source, was that “they grew apart because of distance.”

Lively is teaming up with Chanel in 2011, her rep confirms to Gossip Cop.

According to the tab, Lively, who recently split with her “Gossip Girl” co-star Penn Badgley, “seemed flattered by Adrian’s avid attention” at a Vertu phone party in New York.

The Star has a so-called “source” who says, “As Blake was chatting with Seal, Adrian came over, and the three started talking about the elections,” but when the singer left, “That’s when things got interesting.”

The tab claims the “Entourage” star was “glued to Blake’s side for most of the night, and he made sure they exchanged phone numbers.”

This is a great story, except for one teensy weensy oversight by Star.

Lively and Grenier NEVER met or spoke to each other at the Vertu party.

It’s true Lively talked to Seal, but multiple source tells Gossip Cop the actress was with her sister Robyn Lively and brother-in-law Bart Johnson - and NOT with Grenier.

A rep for Lively adds the Star story is a “blatant lie” and “complete fabrication,” confirming to Gossip Cop that Lively and Grenier “never saw each other” at the party.

The former teen idol was spotted allegedly weaving on and off the road by a Florida Highway Patrol trooper, and when cops checked his 2008 Mercedes they found a half empty bottle of bourbon.

“The Partridge Family” star told a trooper he had one glass of wine earlier in the day and took “a hydrocodone” at approximately at 3:30 p.m.

Cassidy’s blood alcohol level was at 0.139 and 0.141, which is far greater than the 0.08 legal limit.

He was then booked for a DUI and released at around 3 a.m. on $350 bail.

Cassidy’s daughter, Katie, who stars on “Gossip Girl,” was busted in 2007 for underage drinking.

Blake Lively and Penn Badgley have split up after dating for three years, confirms their mutual rep to Gossip Cop.

“They are not together,” says the rep, who adds the “Gossip Girl” co-stars remains friends.

Gossip Cop snooped around and a source close to the couple says it all boiled down to their ages. Lively is 23, and Badgley is 24, and they aren’t at a stage where they can take it to the next level.

“They’re not ready to get married… They’re young,” says their pal.

Still, we’re told, the two have remained close and professional on the set.
