The “Friday” singer-sensation will be homeschooled by her mother, after classmates’ relentless teasing last spring in the wake of her YouTube fame made 7th grade unbearable.

“When I walk by they’ll start singing ‘Friday’ in a really nasally voice,” she explains to ABC News. “Or, you know, they’ll be like, ‘Oh hey, Rebecca, guess what day it is?’”
