Heidi Montag’s plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, was reportedly tweeting a message about his dog before his fatal car crash.

People magazine quotes Ryan’s purported ex-girlfriend, publicist Charmaine Blake as saying, “He lived up in Malibu on a tiny street and he was texting while driving and he accidentally went over the cliff.” Is that what really happened?

The man responsible for Heidi Montag’s controversial 10 surgeries in one day has died in a car crash. Dr. Frank Ryan, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, was driving on California’s Pacific Coast Highway on Monday when his jeep went over the side of the road. Ryan, who also counted Gene Simmons and Vince Neil as patients, was pronounced dead at the scene.
