Steve Jones revealed on Twitter Monday night that he won’t return as “The X Factor” host in season 2.

“I wont be hosting next seasons XFactor which is a shame but I cant complain as I’ve had a great time,” the Welsh TV personality tweeted.

With his contract set to expire soon, Ryan Seacrest said Sunday he “can’t imagine life without ‘American Idol.’”
