He surrendered in a Clark County, Nevada courtroom shortly before 2:00 p.m. Eastern time, where he was led away in handcuffs.

The boxing champion was sentenced to 90 days in jail for beating up his ex-girlfriend in front of their children back in September 2010.

On Wednesday, Floyd Mayweather, Jr. was sentenced to 90 days in jail for beating up his ex-girlfriend in front of their children in September 2010.

The boxer had agreed to a plea deal in which he admitted to misdemeanor domestic violence in exchange for the dismissal of a felony battery charge.

He’s now been hit with a 90-day sentence behind bars, and must surrender by January 6.

The boxer has been accused of assault with a deadly weapon for trying to force a former employee’s vehicle off the road.

Quincey Williams claims Mayweather made a U-turn in his white Bentley and “tried to run [Williams] off the road” while the two men were driving in the Las Vegas area on Monday.
