Kelly Osbourne is back.

The “Fashion Police” personality returns to work on Thursday, after having a seizure on the set earlier this month and being hospitalized.

Late on Wednesday, Osbourne tweeted, “#SoHappy I just got the al clear from my doctor to go back to work tomorrow!!!!!”

Kelly Osbourne has been released from the hospital, five days after having a seizure on the “Fashion Police” set.

A rep tells E! News that she “has returned home and has been given a clean bill of health by her doctor.”

Miley Cyrus took to Twitter on Monday to thank Kelly Osbourne for clearing the air after a leaked video from her 19th birthday bash showed the singer jokingly calling herself a “stoner”, and saying she smokes “too much f***in’ weed.”

When blogs started to report that Cyrus openly admitted to being “pothead,” Osbourne rushed to defend her friend by tweeting, “let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE!”

Now, Cyrus is thanking Osbourne for having her back.

In a recent interview with the Fix, Courtney Love candidly talks about her past drug use and calls out fellow former addict Kelly Osbourne for labeling Love a “crackhead” on E!’s “Fashion Police.”

Love says that even though she’s now sober, she “still can’t escape the stigma [of being an addict] for some reason. Even people like Kelly Osbourne feel free to f**k with me.”

“This is a girl whose life I have saved twice,” Love continued, “Once with C.P.R. and another time with C.P.R. and violence – by which I mean I had to poke her furiously in certain places to wake her up from her coma.”
