Lindsay Lohan will reportedly sue the Kamofie & Company jewelry store for selling surveillance tape of the actress without her permission.

The star claims the boutique had no right to profit from her image, according to TMZ.

Kamofie & Company reportedly made $40,000 for selling the tape to “Entertainment Tonight” for one week of exclusive use. When other media outlets pick up the footage after that period, the store stands to make even more money.

Yesterday, Gossip Cop reported that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were going to tie the knot again – and they did.

As the sun set over the beach in Carpenteria, California, Pratt and Montag said “I do.”

“[This time] it’s just me and my bride on a little secret beach with nobody else and it’s just about her,” said Pratt. Well, it wasn’t exactly just them and “nobody else.”

The Hollywood icon’s tumor was discovered during a routine checkup a few weeks ago.

Fonda had a procedure to remove the tumor a few days ago and is now cancer free, she tells Entertainment Tonight.
