Edison Pena, one of the recently freed Chilean miners, appeared on “Late Show with David Letterman” to talk about his harrowing — but often amusing — experience below the surface.

After answering Letterman’s questions through an interpreter, Pena treated the audience to one of his special talents — an Elvis Presley impression.

George Clooney has the golden touch. The Oscar winning actor and director now has TNT singing the “Delta Blues.”

Actually, “Delta Blues” is the name of a police drama pilot that Clooney executive produced, and which just got the go-ahead from TNT. The premise of the TV series revolves around an odd cop from Memphis who moonlights as an Elvis impersonator and lives with his mom.

Gossip Cop doesn’t mind that Clooney ripped off our life story, we’re just bummed everyone now knows we live with our mom. (Just kidding.)
