The man who allegedly attacked “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump’s friend has been charged with felony assault.
Roger Eduardo Talavera is said to have taunted a table that included Vanderpump, her husband Kenneth Todd and friend Robert Kovacik, a Los Angeles TV reporter, at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel on December 24.

Talavera then allegedly approached the group, punching Kovacik in the mouth and pushing Todd to the ground.

Finally, something Dina and Michael Lohan can agree on.

Lindsay Lohan was sent back to rehab today after Judge Elden Fox heard her case.

Although the District Attorney recommended that Lohan be sent to jail for six months, Judge Fox ordered rehab instead.

Lindsay Lohan has to stay in rehab until January 3, a court has ruled in today’s probation violation hearing.

Judge Elden Fox is NOT throwing her in jail.

He is reportedly impressed by her progress but feels that Lohan is an addict.

She nodded at his pronouncement.

“You’re staying past the New Year’s,” said Fox. “There’s a reason for that.”

Judge Fox rejected the district attorney’s desire to send the actress to jail for six months. He reviewed filings from both rehab and probation officials, as well as a letter from Lohan herself.

She cried in relief when the decision was made.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan and her probation has been revoked, Gossip Cop can confirm.

But here’s the catch: the warrant has been held until Friday morning, meaning if Lohan doesn’t appear in court at 8:30 am on Friday, then she is subject to immediate arrest.

Regardless, Lohan’s probation is considered revoked.

Lindsay Lohan has admitted to failing a court-ordered drug test and says she is “prepared to face the consequences.”

Hours after reports broke that she’d tested positive for cocaine last week, less than a month after being released from rehab, Lohan finally fessed up on Twitter.

Lindsay Lohan may be free, but Judge Elden Fox has imposed strict rules for her probation.

The actress must submit to random drug and alcohol testing twice a week, and if she tests positive she’ll be returned to jail for 30 days.

Judge Fox has also ordered that Lohan reside at home until further notice, participate in psychotherapy at least four days a week, and attend behavior therapy sessions twice a week.

Lindsay Lohan may leave rehab tomorrow.

Judge Elden Fox will reportedly issue an order at 8:30 AM Wednesday after an unexpected Monday court appearance by Lohan attorney Shawn Chapman Holley. The order was originally anticipated for Tuesday.

Observers believe that Fox plans to free Lohan from her UCLA rehab stint.
