DoSomething.org has revealed its annual “Celebs Gone Good” list of charitable celebrities.

Lady Gaga was named no. 1 for the second year in the row, beating out Justin Bieber, who jumped from no. 10 to no. 2.

Both stars are well known for their philanthropy projects, such as Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation and Bieber’s many donations.
