As Gossip Cop previously reported, Dr. Phil recently put his home up for sale, and – contrary to reports – it wasn’t a sign he was divorcing wife Robin.

In actuality, the couple was selling because they bought another home to live together.

Leave it to supermarket tabloid National Enquirer to claim that the new house is really just part of a fabricated “divorce deal” by which the couple lives on opposite sides of the reported $30 million mansion.

According to a TMZ story, picked up by Perez Hilton and others, a woman named Shirley Dieu, who participated in the series “The Dr. Phil House,” is claiming Dr. Phil touched her left breast during her therapy. Here’s what Gossip Cop has learned:
