Lindsay Lohan rushed to a court appearance in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner in Los Angeles on Wednesday, a day after it was reported she planned to skip the date and stay in New York due to an “upper respiratory infection.”

“Glad to see you’re feeling better,” Sautner told Lohan.

In an interview with “Entertainment Tonight,” Dina Lohan says Lindsay is so troubled these days because she witnessed her mom allegedly being abused by Michael Lohan when she was a kid.

Lindsay Lohan is opening up about the heated fight she got into with her mom Dina in Long Island on Wednesday, saying she is “really regretful” of the dispute and devastated that her father Michael leaked their private phone call to the press.

The “Liz & Dick” star called into “TMZ Live” on Thursday, telling the hosts, “My mom does not do cocaine,” and that she “lied” to her dad because she was angry at her mom.

Lindsay Lohan called her father Michael in hysterics early Wednesday, claiming that her mother Dina was “on cocaine” and “threatening” her, apparently after a fight involving money.

Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina were involved in an early morning fight that led police to visit Dina’s Long Island home on Wednesday.

The Lohans are said to have left a New York club at around 4:00 a.m., arguing as they headed back to Dina’s suburban residence.

Things then escalated.

Lindsay Lohan is slamming Dr. Phil for taking “advantage” of her mom, Dina, during a recent appearance on his afternoon talk show.

As you probably recall, Dina seemed a bit out of it during the interview and was confused a few times as to whether the camera was on. She also, at one point, gave the camera the finger.

There were questions as to Dina’s condition during the interview.

But on Saturday, Lohan defended her mom and tweeted: “@DrPhil You should be ashamed of yourself. Whay kind of man takes advantage of a woman @her most vulbnerable state? YOU are the fraud.”

Dina Lohan says she might make different choices in raising her daughter Lindsay if she had to do it all over again.

Specifically, the Lohan matriarch questions the decision to have Lindsay pursue showbiz at such a young age.

“I was born into the business,” Dina tells the New York Daily News. “My mother was an entertainer. It was natural. But yes, in the next life, I might not do it.”
