A woman has sued Diddy for firing her because of age and disability.

Francesca Spero served as an executive at the mogul’s Bad Boy record label until being axed in March.

In court documents, the self-described “51-year-old white woman” claims that Diddy (aka Sean Combs) was “unsympathetic” when she informed him that she required major hip surgery in 2008.
