Taylor Swift has joined “Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax” as Zac Efron’s dream girl.

Efron voices the role of a young boy who discovers the story of the Lorax, a creature who fights to save the environment. Swift plays the girl Efron’s character hopes to win over.

The animated adaptation also features Danny DeVito, Ed Helms and Betty White.

The Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg buddy cop comedy laughed its way to the bank, and the top of the box office with a resounding $35.6 million during its opening weekend. So, how did the other films do? And what did you see?

‘Despicable Me’ + ‘Eclipse’ earn big weekend bucks

It’s a weekend of animation domination, with werewolves, vampires and alien beasts sinking their teeth into huge scores of moviegoers, too.

The 3D family flick Despicable Me made $60.1 million to take the #1 spot.

Summit’s The Twilight Saga: Eclipse also had a strong (second) weekend, earning $33.4 million to easily earn the #2 spot.
