Charlie Sheen’s 4-year-old twin boys were removed from their mother Brooke Mueller’s L.A. home late Thursday when Children and Family Services officials determined that the residence was an “unsafe environment” for kids.

Authorities reportedly came to the house with a warrant and left with Bob and Max, whom Sheen and Mueller had in 2009 while still married.

Denise Richards, Sheen’s previous ex-wife and the mother of his daughters Sam and Lola, reportedly now has the boys in her care.

Charlie Sheen is calling on his fans to seek retaliation… against a Los Angeles elementary school.

In a lengthy Twitter post on Wednesday, the actor urged followers to send a “rotted egg, a roll of toilet paper or some dog sh*t” to L.A.’s Viewpoint School because his daughter Sam was allegedly “bullied out of” the institution and then “called a liar.”

According to the magazine, “A planned family trip [in New York] became catastrophic” when Sheen “bailed on family time for most of the weekend — instead embarking on yet another drug-fueled, weekend-long party in his hotel room at the Ritz with plenty of female escorts to keep him company.”
