Rihanna and photographer David LaChapelle have settled a lawsuit he brought against her that claimed many scenes in her “S&M” video copied some of his own work.

Rihanna is being sued by famed fashion photographer David LaChapelle.

LaChapelle, who has shot celebs for a vast array of magazines, including Vanity Fair and Rolling Stone, filed a lawsuit today, alleging Rihanna ripped off eight of his images to use as the basis for the video for her song, “S & M.”
