David Beckham has now sworn in court papers that he didn’t have sex with $10,000-a-night prostitute Irma Nici, and that all her sexual allegations, including them having a threesome with another hooker in 2007, are “unequivocally false.”

Two months ago, Gossip Cop was the first outlet to report that David Beckham was going to file a lawsuit against In Touch over a cover story in which the tabloid alleged the soccer great had slept with a $10,000-a-night hooker.

Also named in the lawsuit was Irma Nici, the prostitute who claimed she had five paid sexual encounters with Beckham in 2007, including one in which another hooker was involved.

Now In Touch – in an effort to show the court that it believes its claims are accurate – has filed papers in California, alleging Beckham has a “reputation for adultery.”

Just last week, David Beckham filed a libel suit against Irma Nici and In Touch. Now, the hooker who claimed she had five high-paid sexual encounters with the soccer stud is countersuing him. Nici’s attorney, Paul Rolf Jensen, who filed a motion in L.A. a couple of days ago, is trying to get Beckham’s case booted. Who do you believe is telling the truth – the prostitute or David Beckham?

True to his word, David Beckham has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against In Touch magazine over a cover story in which the tabloid alleged the soccer great had slept with a $10,000-a-night hooker. In court papers, Beckham accuses In Touch’s parent company, Bauer Publishing, of libel, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress. What do you think of Beckham suing In Touch?
