Chris Klein pleaded no contest to his second DUI on Friday and has already served the minimum four-day stint in jail.

The actor was also sentenced to four years of probation, fines and a mandatory 18-month alcohol education program.

Judge David B. Gelfound could have sentenced Klein to more time behind bars, but acknowledged Klein’s courtroom apology for his behavior and seeming commitment to improvement.
