The network has picked up “The Carrie Diaries,” Candace Bushnell’s most recent novel in the “Sex and the City” book series about Carrie Bradshaw’s senior year in high school in the early 1980s.

Trump, who appears on NBC’s “The Apprentice” with her dad Donald, revealed this morning that she’s switching networks, at least temporarily, to appear on the CW show.
