Craig Ferguson and his wife have welcomed a baby boy, Gossip Cop confirms.

“The Late, Late Show” host’s wife, art dealer Megan Wallace-Cunningham, gave birth to Liam James on Monday in Los Angeles.

“Everyone is happy and healthy,” the rep tells us. “The family is doing great, everybody’s perfect.
