Colin Farrell spent Christmas Day in a Dublin hospital — delivering more than 100 presents to sick kids at Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin.

He arrived unannounced and without any fanfare to meet with the children.

Farrell simply visited the sick kids and showered them with gifts, all of out of the kindness of his heart.

Stars got into the holiday spirit for the American Giving Awards in Los Angeles on Friday.

Miley Cyrus, 50 Cent, LeAnn Rimes, Colin Farrell and JR Martinez were among the celebs on hand for the event, which honors community heroes and gives charities an opportunity to share $2 million in grant money to fund their efforts.

Elizabeth Taylor‘s friends and family celebrated the late Hollywood legend’s life at a private memorial service on Sunday.

The actress and activist died at 79 last March.

Colin Farrell hosted the 75-minute event at the Steven J. Ross Theater on the Warner Bros. lot, which was attended by some of Taylor’s closest famous friends, including Elton John and Michael Caine.

‘The Help’ and ‘Rise of the Planet of the Apes’ stayed on top of the heap, with a number of disappointing debuts filling out the rest of the chart.

‘The Help’ earned a $20.5 million victory, with James Franco’s ‘Apes’ hitting $16.3 million for a strong second place.

After that, things got kinda ugly.
