Hugh Hefner’s son Marston was arrested on Sunday for allegedly attacking his on-and-off girlfriend, Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclair, Gossip Cop confirms.
He was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence, taken into custody at 10:42 p.m., and eventually released on $20,000 bail.
