New estimates after Saturday still have ‘Inception’ as the top movie in America for a second straight weekend, with Angelina Jolie’s ‘Salt’ expected to finish a very strong #2.

Christopher Nolan’s sci-fi mind-bender, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, continues to earn big bucks at the box office, taking in an estimated $13.2 million on Friday and $17 million on Saturday en route to a weekend of about $40 million.

Spy thriller ‘Salt,’ meanwhile, was just behind with a $12.7 million Friday and a $14 million Saturday (estimated), tracking toward a $37 million weekend.
